On THE jOB, 2 Faced Co-workers

On THe jOB post is about:
Dealing with co-workers AND management.
How we handle different situations on the job.
This article is written to inspire PERSONAL GROWTH.
We ALL could use some of that! This article is Not for bashing!
For the sake of not running out of material for this one,
as I will write about others experiences,
I will also use some of my own personal experiences.
Did you hear that! This is about growth people, NOT a place for your excuses on why you do what you do!
By the way, EXCUSES, are NOT reasons!

Moving on,
People handle situations differently and often it is good to hear how people are handling them. In fact, we need to HEAR ABOUT certain situations occurring on the job, because we may just find ourselves being involved in some of them whether we are the good guy or the bad. Sometimes you have to do some "man in the mirror "stuff. Michael Jackson, you were onto something there brother!
WOO HOO!! Sometimes WE, (YOU or I) are the cause of some stuff that need to be fixed!

Today's topic is: TWO FACED CO-WORKERS

I have worked and STILL WORK with people like that and I have found it very invigorating to just ignore them although, I'd rather not have to do that. I enjoy people! Unfortunately we often work with people who donot have appealing behavior, but we still have to work with them and find a way (for our own sakes) to work well with them. Because of that, I have spoken to someone about their behavior towards me, then there are others aren't worth the trouble.
I just make sure to monitor my own actions and behavior!

As far as the Two-Faced person or people are concerned. See, I have learned in my life that "Happy People" and people who are living in a mature state of being DO NOT HAVE TIME nor desire to spread negativity onto other people! ...
"Misery loves company" some wise person once said and I just choose not to take on other peoples misery.

Most people who see me on the job or have worked with me know that I am a friendly person, I absolutely enjoy people and I will talk to ALMOST ANYBODY seemingly pleasant! For some people, it bothers them when I am not smiling. I am not sure why?. Some days, when I am around certain people at work, I really am not enjoying myself so that accounts for some of the not smiling. I just want to get on with it, but when we are in each others presence,
I am always polite, never letting them change who I am!

I don't enjoy TWO FACED people, and those who continually prove that they ARE NOT worth my time by being two separate people in and out of my direct presence. By the way, the voice can be heard further than you think! Most people do not whisper well.

While I do presently work in a wonderful atmospheric place, it is true that I see some of these kind of people on my job every day. Some I work closely with, others I come across going to the job, or while in a different departments or when I am leaving the job for the night.

My feeling about Two Faced people is, two faces, if you don't like someone then stop wasting your energy and just move on! Because I personally, am fine if you just walk past me. Trust me, my life will go on just fine and you won't continue to look like the miserable, unknowing, childish fool that you apparently are!

People who smile in your face and talk behind your back. How do you handle that?
