Meetta TALKS!~ Have you ...?

Hey~Reader!

If you've been reading my stuff for a while, then you know that I write "no holds barred". I open up to you and hopefully, I share something that you need, to help you grow and reach, reaching for your goals and aspirations. I believe that is the purpose for my "creative "gift" of writing, to teach, inspire and encourage. So, reach already!

Speaking of reaching, in my 42 years of age, after living a full life up to this point, I have been faced with some AMAZING opportunities to stretch myself. I've been dreaming, working towards, and hoping for these kinds of opportunities and they are here, once again. And you know what? I'm a little bit scared! Yep! That's right. I'm a little bit scared. I don't care what you are saying reader if you are laughing at me. I'm strong enough to take it. Honestly, I'm a bit nervous about trying some seriously life changing things at this stage in my life, though these are positive changes.

And no, I am not satisfied with my life as it is. And yes! I know I can succeed at these opportunities I am faced with! They all will require a great deal of work and sacrifice. They also will be tapping into some talents I have along with honing them and showcasing them. Some of the opportunities are just about me getting a chance to share with the world a compassionate heart and a willingness to give openly on a higher level.

All that we possess inside of us as human beings, is not about the money we can make,
( although that's good too) it's also alot about the people we choose to be. It includes choosing to share who we are, what we know, and what we can offer where it is needed! It's about the people we become on our life's journey. Who we are and who we choose to be, can help to answer the question of what our purpose here on earth is. Have you ever asked yourself the question of your purpose? Have you ever questioned your talents, gifts, what you have to offer?

I can't explain to you right now that these things area, because people have a tendency to talk down other s desires and goals. I've learned that the hard way. When I accomplish them, I will then freely let you know that they are and where they are taking me on my life's journey. Fair?
I know you agree, Dear Reader. Tonight, I heard some very inspiring , yet simple words to night, from a stranger. "Why would I not try because I'm afraid I will fail publicly. No. I figure it's better to try and maybe I'll fail, then again, maybe I won't. Either way, I gotta try."
You know what, though just thinking about it almost finds me shaking in my boots. You know what, I have nothing to lose except great opportunities to stretch myself and reach if I don't do this. So, I'm forging ahead anyway! Reader, honestly, it's not really the failure that un-nerves me. This may sound strange, but have you ever found yourself afraid of success?

It's the knowing that if I put my mind to it, and work hard something good is bound to come out of my efforts! It may not be as I imagined and my efforts may take to me to another road that I didn't plan to take. Yet, at the end of that road, because "preparation is not lost" I will shine, but it's the knowing that "to whom much is given, much is required". It's also the breaking out of a comfort zone that in reality, isn't really so comfortable.

So, Dear Reader, I ask you again...
Have you ever been afraid of success?
